During that hearing, there was discussion and agreement to impose a 15-foot non disturbance adjacent to the edge of lawn that would expand to 100-feet at the rear of the property. I enclosed 4 copies of the survey prepared by Peconic Surveyors last dated March 20, 2019. The survey depicts the 15-foot non-disturbance buffer expanding to 100-feet at the rear of the lot. Kindly, issue the requested wetland permit at your earliest opportunity. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation. Yours truly, 4000 - IL. Bruce A.Anderson Cc. Located: 34460 Main Road, Cutchogue. SCTM# 1000-97-2-9.1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
