REASON FOR APPEAL Continued
1. '-ST~l~:T APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP becouse
applicants' lot was purchased before the zoning ordinance was
i~ effect, and the house was ~b~ilt before the zoning ordinance,
as well. At the .time. of~the construction, the applicants planned
~ ~to b~ld t~e ~eroh at such time as 'they ceuld~af~ord it. ' However the
passage of the zoning ordinance now makes it necessary for the
applicants to get an exception in order to fmlfill their crigi~aI
pla~s of Genstruetie~e
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in
vicinity of this property ond in this use district because it is a corner lot,
do~ble fro~t ya~ set-backs. Its dimensions ,. an~

insufficient front-yard~feotage on the east side of the lot.

a. This application must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted in duplicate to the Buil~ding
Inspector.
b. Plof plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of prope, rty must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Bui ding Permit.
d. Upon approval of.this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
