'-ST~l~:T APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP becouse applicants' lot was purchased before the zoning ordinance was i~ effect, and the house was ~b~ilt before the zoning ordinance, as well. At the .time. of~the construction, the applicants planned ~ ~to b~ld t~e ~eroh at such time as 'they ceuld~af~ord it. ' However the passage of the zoning ordinance now makes it necessary for the applicants to get an exception in order to fmlfill their crigi~aI pla~s of Genstruetie~e 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in vicinity of this property ond in this use district because it is a corner lot, do~ble fro~t ya~ set-backs.
