The stand is diagonall~ across the, street (County Rt. 27A) from the home ,of Leo ,Sledjeski., To the.west ~s a private road leading to ~en~0~t'VilZage'Municipal Sewer 0~tfall '~nd to the east a real estate broker~ office and several nonconforming guest houses and cottage~. This stand would create no..traffic hazard as there is a wide shoulder on the..road and-nothing to interfere with the vision of operators of motor vehicles. Dear Sir; Due to the relocation of the Main Road ( Route 25) west of Greenport, we find it necessary to relocate our vegtable stand which has been on the turn North of the drivein theater for several years. We wish to locate the stand on property owned by Leo Sledzieski on the north side of the North road near the enterance to property owned by the Village of Greenport. There are two signs now used in connection with this stand that we wish to take along and use with it. It is proposed to sell farm and agricultural products produced by both Leo and ourselves~ on the sSand. Can you give a permit to move the stand? If not please advise the necessary steps rob taken so that we may make this necessary move.
