By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) ~ produce undue hardship because of the 150 ft. size of the present lot. (b) The hardship created (is) (1[:~0 unique and (~31g~t: (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because this is the only 15'0 ft. lot remaining in the area, the other lots all being 75' ft.
