This lot was po~chased in 1949 as a single lot. Te special exception is asked for ~o reduce the side yard on the northerly side of the property. There is a dwelling located on the south side of this property that is not more than 20 feet from the front property line, I propose to kee~ in line with this dwelling on the Easterly side. It is impossible to enlarge this lot as it is bounded on the north by a roadway an8 the property on the south is privately owned and has a dwelling ~pon it. The area is mapped for fifty foot lots, and tward the south most of the lots on the easterly side are inte~sly built up on 50 foot lots.
