hereby apply to THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS for a SPECIAL EXCEPTION in ,accor~ce
with the ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE III SECTION .306-4-'~O~'//
SUBSECTION
THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE: I wish to build a small residence on
lot# 122A, of Peconic Bay Properties, (Arshamo~aque) Greenport~ N.Y. This lot was
po~chased in 1949 as a single lot. Te special exception is asked for ~o reduce the side
yard on the northerly side of the property. There is a dwelling located on the south
side of this property that is not more than 20 feet from the front property line, I
propose to kee~ in line with this dwelling on the Easterly side.
It is impossible to enlarge this lot as it is bounded on the north by a roadway
an8 the property on the south is privately owned and has a dwelling ~pon it.
The area is mapped for fifty foot lots, and tward the south most of the lots
on the easterly side are inte~sly built up on 50 foot lots.

Inspector.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot' and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a. detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of th is location.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue ~ Building Rermit to the applicant. Such
permit shall be kept on the premises available for inspection througl~out the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
