I have a large tree on my property which is within 100 feet,of the water. My property
has a bulkhead and grass. f understand that I will need permission to have the tree
removed. It is very old and seems diseased. It is also near my home, so I am afraid'
of it coming down'in a storm and hitting the house. I have spoken with Chris Mohr
and he is able to clear the tree away for me.
I hereby give permission to the Trustees to come on my property and assess the
problem. My phone number is 631-298-4090. My home is located in Salt Lake
Village, Mattituck. 855 Old Salt Road, off Bay Avenue.

Dear Ms. Reynolds:
In response to your letter received on March 28, 2019, the Board of Trustees reviewed
your request to cut down a tree located near the bulkhead on the above mentioned
property, and as seen by Trustee'Glenn Goldsmith on April 9-, 2019.
The Board of Trustees determined that this tree may be removed at this time. No
permit will be required in order to remove this tree.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
