Grathwohl, Lottie C. Grathwohl and Betsey H. Case, widow of Addison B. Case, on February 1, 1927 (Liber 1250~ page 64). Located on this property are a large two and one-half story house, bar and four sheds. All of these buildings are in good condition and were constructed prior to 1957. The house today is the same as it was in 1927 with the exception in 1935 my father made two rooms out of one large living room and added two bathrooms, indoor plumbing and heating. The two and one-half story house located on this property has been used as a two-family house since it was purchased by my parents in 1927. At the time of purchase my grandmother lived in one side of the house. After my grandmother died, my brother, Edmund Zeneski lived in that portion of the house. After my father died in November, 1952, my mother continued living in one side of the house and rented the other part of the house to third persons to pay the expenses and upkeep on the house. From 1960 to 1966 Joseph Kujawski rented the second apartment from my mother. Bruce Herbert also rented the apartment from my mother. When Barbara and Gary Watts moved into the house on December 28, 1981, the second apartment was occupied by Robert Van Etten. This application is made for the purpose of obtaining a pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy from the Building Department of the Town of Southold.
