ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Sullivan County, New York known as

Lot: 008.011), being more particularly described in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part
hereof,

situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of

Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Harvest Way a tie line distance of 420.00 feet
easterly from the extreme easterly end of the arc of a curve which connects the easterly side of
