Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, said premises being parcel No. 3, as
shown on a minor subdivision made for James Manos at Mattituck, New York mapped July 1,
1981, by Roderick Van Tyle, P.C., licensed land surveyor, Greenport, New York, and amended on
October 5, 1981, April 29, 1982 and July 11, 1983, being more bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Miller's Right of Way, 341 feet easterly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Miller's Right of Way and the easterly
