Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot Numbers 1 and 2 on a certain map entitled, "Map of West Creek
Development " filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 07/06/1937 as Map Number
1236, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Sun Lane distant 45 feet Westerly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the Westerly side of Bayberry Road with the Northerly
side of Sun Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the Northerly side of Sun Lane, North 79 degrees 45 minutes
50 seconds West 95 feet to a pipe;
THENCE Northerly the following five courses and distances:
1. North 43 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East 23.20 feet;
2. North 14 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds West 8.94 feet to the edge of Goose Creek;
