Caminiti, being duly sworn deposes and says that I am the the attorney for Julius Zebroski the owner of property located on the North side of Main Bayview Road, Southold New York (Dist.1000, Sec. 078, Block 07,lot 32.7). The property is approximately 2.7 acres and contains a one family dwelling, two sheds and a barn. A Certificate of Occupancy has never been issued for this property. The buildings existed prior to April 23, 1957 and have been used continuously by Julius Zebroski and his family since 1944 when he purchased the buildings and the land. The one family dwelling is still occupied by Mr. Zebroski and is liveable.
