Dear Mr. Gruneisel:
In response to your letter received on September 24, 2018, the Board of Trustees
reviewed your request to remove the four oak trees which have been negatively
impacted by wind and insects and which are located within Trustee jurisdiction at your
above noted property, and as previously seen by Trustee A. Nicholas Krupski.
The Board of Trustees determined that the four trees may be removed at this time. No
permit will be required in order to remove these trees.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

IT WAS DETERMINED WIND AND INSECTS HAVE IMPACTED 4 OAKS. THEY WILL
CONTINUE TO DECLINE AND PRESENT A HAZARD.
