I have elected to have a fire inspection performed by the Code Enforcement Official from the town so I have not included the Rental Property Certification form. This is a one-family house so I have presumed there is only one rental unit. I have rented the house over the past few summers to the same family(which has been coming to the North Fork for decades). They have asked if the house will be available this summer.
