Hello again, Fred, Just touching base with you to show you that the basement CO/Smoke detector has been installed, and the railing and support work on the waterside deck is well underway. Henry has a little more to finish around the eastern side of the deck where the bbq is, but should be through with it very shortly, he says. I will send you a confirming photo once I get it but as you can see he has significantly reinforced and stabilized the railings around the bulk of the deck already. Kindly confirm receipt of the photos so I know you are able to add them to my files.
