We respectfully request that the permit be amended to include landward access. The contractor retained for this project states that they have utilized Duck Pond Road in the past without incident, and would like to use the same access for this action. The access is approximately 3,000 feet west of the subject property. The amount of material required for this action is small,as we are only proposing to construct a 14' extension, with return,to an existing bulkhead.
