I respectfully request a follow up on site pre application meeting with the Board and my client,
Henry Silverman to discuss his proposal to construct a new residence a certain distance seaward
of the existing residence.
In order to meet the Zoning code side yard setbacks, the trapezoidal shape of the lot severely
limits a house footprint in the existing dwelling location(see attached sheet).
My client would like to discuss to what extent he may be allowed to construct a new dwelling
seaward of the existing dwelling.
Enclosed is my check in the amount of$50.00 for the pre application fee.
