Town Hall
- Maintain heating system during severe cold weather
- Installed block heater in Town Hall generator
- Replaced thermostat in Justice/Meeting Hall
- Bled heating system at Town Hall

HWY
- Continued construction new mechanic’s bay at HWY
- Repaired generator, installed new batteries
REC
- Trimmed back trees
Parks/Beaches/Road Ends/Town properties
- Monthly road end stair inspections
- Cut down and removed two trees from Downs Farm
- Cut down and removed dead trees from Schoolhouse Park entrance
- Relocated portion of trail at Arshamomaque Preserve
- Mulched Arshamomaque Preserve
- Spread blend at Laurel ballfield
- Cleaned up Turps parking lot
- Put down blend at all parks and Laurel Lake Road
- Tied up benches at all parks
- Maintained trails, keeping them free of debris and garbage
