ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 394 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Section "D"Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc."and fled in the Office of the Cleric of the County of Suffolk
on May 7, 1926, as Map No. 806, said Lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Carrington Road distant 220.00 feet Easterly as measured
along the Southerly side of Carrington Road from the extreme Easterly end of the arc of a curve
connecting the Southerly side of Carrington Road and the Easterly side of Haywaters Road;
RUNNING THENCE Easterly along the Southerly side of Carrington Road along the arc of a curve bearing
to the left a tie line course and distance of South 87 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds East, 132.86 feet to a
