WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and
being in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,known as Suffolk County Tax Map No.
1000-051.00-04.00-011.000,more particularly described on Schedule A attached.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Chester Paul by Deed dated January 5, 1983 and recorded
January 11,1983 in the Office ofthe Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 9297 page 445.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,ofthe party ofthe first part of,in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate
and rights ofthe party ofthe first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party ofthe first part

at the southeasterly comer of the lands now or formerly of Dolan;
RUNNING THENCE in a general northerly direction along the lands formerly of said Dolan,North 2 degrees 42 minutes
East a distance of 230 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;

RUNNING THENCE in a general westerly direction along said northerly line of Sound View Avenue,South 83 degrees 50
minutes West a distance of 135.12 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest of the party of the first part in and to Sound View Avenue in front of and
adjacent to the above-described premises to the center line thereof.
