BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Sound View Avenue at the southeasterly corner of
the premises herein described being the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Arthur M.
Joost, and the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of W.O. Salmon Estate; now or
formerly of Annie Witzel, (now being now or formerly of Beatrice Dupont);
THENCE along said northerly line of Sound View Avenue the following two courses;
1. North 87 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds West 15.00 feet to an angle; thence
