BARGAIN & SALE DEED WITH COVENANT AGAINST GRANTOR'S ACTS
THIS INDENTURE, made this 9th day of January, 2019 between
RICHARD VESSA & VIRGINIA VESSA, as tenants by the entirety, residing at 170
Rockcove Court, Greenport, NY 11944 ("Grantor"), and
TAYLOR WILLIAM KLEMM & PATRICIA OLIVEIRA KLEMM, as tenants by the
entirety, having an address at 11 Pine Street# 308, Montclair, NJ 07042 ("Grantee").
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of Ten ($10.00) dollars paid
by the second part, does hereby grant and release unto Grantee and the heirs, executors,
administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated as Lot 10 on "Map of Rockcove Estates,"filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on June 11, 2001 as Map No. 10637 said lot being more particularly bounded and described
according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Rockcove Lane distant the following three courses and distances from the .
extreme Easterly end of an arc of a curve connecting the Northerly side of Rockcove Lane and the Easterly line of Inlet
Pond Road;
1.Along an arc of a curve having a radius of 600.0 feet and a length of 162.49 feet;
2. Along an arc of a curve having a radius of 40.0 feet and a length of 32.09 feet;
3. Along an arc of a curve having a radius of 60.0 feet and a length of 42.63;

THENCE along the Easterly and Northerly sides of Rockcove Lane along an arc of a cure bearing to the left and having.a `
radius of 60.0 feet a distance of 88.85 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the
