The minutes for the January 10. 2019 meeting were approved.
Introduction:
All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials samples and other
information required by the Planning Department to the Committee. The Committee will ask questions
and make suggestions as part of a general discussion with each applicant. Final recommendations from
the ARC will be presented to the Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the
Planning file for that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations,together
with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a comprehensive written list of
its requested revisions.

Town Planner Brian Cummings presented this proposed conversion of an existing 3,011 sq.ft. auto
garage to an equipment repair/service/sales center, an existing±2,800 sq.ft. building to remain as
storage, and construction of 16 parking stalls; all on 1.17 acres in the HB Zoning District.
Pending submission of the proposed awning color and the proposed building color(if proposed to be a
color other than white)via electronic mail or sample color submission to the Planning Dept., the
Committee approves the project as it was submitted today.
