bounded and described as set forth on Schedule A hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed,dated April
8, 1986 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on April 18, 1986 in Liber 10019 at page 532.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby

Corporation,bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northwesterly side of a road 40 feet wide,said monument
being 73.10 feet south of a point which is 3,028.60 feet west of another monument marking the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station"Chocomount 2"(which said"Chocomount 2"
monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island,New York,about 2-114 miles west
of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies south 79 degrees 29 minutes 46 seconds east of North
Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound);
RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly side of said road,south 55 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds
west 139.95 feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the left whose radius is 174.25 feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is south 34 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds east;
THENCE southwestwardly still along the northwesterly side of said road(and following the arc of said
curve)72.01 feet to a monument;
THENCE north 44 degrees 44 minutes 10 seconds west 306.85 feet to the shore of Fishers Island Sound;
