NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York, concerning this property.
OWNER(S) OF RECORD: DAVID & DIANE NELSON
SUBJECT OF PUBLIC HEARING : For a Wetland Permit for the existing 28'4" x
187" one-story cottage; existing attached 4.6'x5.6' enclosed outdoor shower to be
temporarily removed and replaced in-place; remove and replace existing locust and
concrete footing with as per code minimum 3' deep, +/-18-12" diameter concrete
footings; raise cottage up +/-2' to code compliant FEMA requirements; construct
roof alteration with dormer; replace existing windows; and replace existing
entrance steps with new 3'x8.4' entry platform with 4' wide steps to ground.
