REASON FOR APPEAL A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3 A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance is requested for the reason that: I wish to sell the southerly portion(actualy southwesterly) of my la~d en S/E side of R~ohelle Place -a private road- ef aprox'~mmately 123 ft by 80ft -possibly a little larger, for a single building lot (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued : I."STRICT A~PLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because: The lot as it now stands (aproximately ~OOft by 123ft) is larger tha~ required by the ordinance, and has a dwell~ing en it'which'precludesmaking theprepoSed lot larger tha~ specified~ due~to-its location.
