That there exists a small accessory building (shed) on the northerly end of the westerly boundary line of the subject property which sits partially on the property of your deponents and partially on the land of Martin and Alma Suter. That your deponents were advised by their predecessor in title that the said shed had been constructed on or about the year 19~2 to house a windmill to pump water. That said shed was constructed prior to the date which the Town of Southold required a building permit or certificate of occupancy. 4. That since your deponents' ownership of the property, they have painted the shed, reshingled its roof and had the sole use and dominion of said shed. 5. That no other person has utilized said shed, nor has made any claim for use or ownership of said shed. That your deponents make this affidavit knowing it shall be relied upon by Eastern Real Estate Services, Inc. in connection with the issuance of title insurance under title # 3801-87511 and by the Town of Southold in connection with the issuance of a Certificate of Preexisting Use.
