THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION IS REQUESTED BECAUSE I desire to use the property

garage and automobile service station. This property was previously
used as a service station and tanks still remain in the ground. The

building now on the property. It is ideally situated ano. economically
desirea~le to use this property for a gasoline service station.
Title to the property is in the name of the applicant, l#ji#I##'~~
HO&~CE E. KYSER unler deed dated May 7, 1958 and recorded in the
Suffolll: County Clerk IS Office in Libel' 4458 of Deeds at Page 410.
Favorably consideration of this application is earnestly requested,
since the property was purchased by the applicant for the express
purpose of continuing 8. gasoline service station formerly operated.
