Wickham seasonal occupancy Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the dwelling on this premises. The building was left open for this inspection that began at approximately 2:00 P.M. This dwelling is a one story log cabin constructed on wood posts and contains four bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. were found: Gas cookinE ranEe-no shut off valve at unit. Article V, Section 52-52 B.2. Electric hotwater heater- no safety relief valve on unit. Article V, Section 52-53 I.J. ~-to dining room, no means of controlling light in room int of entry. Article V, Section 52-56 B.2. Bedrooms-one bedroom used as passage way to connecting bedroom, and one bedroom is passage way to bathroom and bedroom. Article II, Section 52-24 D.2. Fireplace-lining of i~uer hearth, bricks disintegrating, joints open, missing mortar. Article I, Section 52-J4-reference to New York State Building Construction-Section A405-2. Bathroom-floor covering not tightly fitted, shower, no moisture resistant floor and wall covering. Article II, Section 52-26 A-4- Section 52-32 D. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in DUPLICATE to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-0 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings end installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey.of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent formation required to prepare a certificate. C. Fees: 1. Certificate of occupancy $5.00 2.
