Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Construction on above described building and permit meets all applicable codes and regulations. ~plicant ................................ ~closed is the map of property surveyed for ~,m~ry Grsenleaf and Others situate at Arshamomoque Colony, Town of Southold, New York on December 12, 1934 and showing a parcel of this land now owned by the Sklavos family since 1975. Changes on the map since 1934, other than the sale of the property now belonging to the Sklavos family, inclu~ a 3~ by 12 I/3' addition to the back of the garage, built in 1955 or earlier. The boathouse is now on the Sklavos property as their home. And the bulkheads have disintegrated. The grape arbor from the back door to the road has been there since the house was first built, along with the flagpole in the front (water side) of the house.
