Upon request of Gary Olsen, Attorney, Mattituck, New York,
for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection
of this one-story wood framed dwelling. Entry door to building
from screened porch was left unlocked, and I began this inspection
at approximately 9:10 A.M.
The building consists of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a
kitchen, dining, and living room combined. Heat is furnished
to all rooms from an oil-fired forced warm air furnace located
in cellar of cement block foundation. Cellar is partial with
crawl space.
The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52,
Town of Southold, New York, were found:
En~r~ - to living room, no means of controlling light in
room at point of entry, Article V, Section 52-56 B 2.
Sewage System - no house trap, Article V, Section 52-51 C 1.
Inspection completed at appr~ximately 9:20 A.M.
