NY 11952 Dear Town Officials We have an application on the above property seeking ZBA approval for the existing 12'X16' deck that has previously been approved at a public Trustees hearing on 01/19/2005. In addition, we are asking permission to put a roof over this deck with screened sides. A more permanent version of the screen picnic tent we currently have out in the summer season. A hearing will be held regarding this on 03/14/2019 and a copy of legal notice is attached.
