A Regular Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was held
at the Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold,New York 11971-0959, on Thursday
February 7, 2019 commencing at 8:30 A.M.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:
8:30 A.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento to enter
into Executive Session. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman, Planamento and Lehnert.
This Resolution was duly adopted (3-0).

BOARD TRAINING: Presentation by Corey Humphrey of Suffolk County Soil and Water
Conservation District.
9:40 A.M. Chairperson Weisman called the public hearing to order with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman seconded by Member Acampora, to open the public
hearings section of the meeting. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adgpted

STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEWS;
BOARD RESOLUTION: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman seconded by Member
Planamento, to declare the following applications as Type II Actions and not subject to

B. SEQR DETERMINATION: Pursuant to Part 617 (State Environmental Quality Review Act) of
the Environmental Law, the Planning Board, as the Lead Agency, classified the Site Plan for
First Universalist Church, requiring a Special Exception Permit, #7123 SE, from the Zoning
Board of Appeals, to be a Type 1 Action, has conducted coordinated review, determined non-
significance for the proposed action, and Granted a Negative Declaration.
Vote of the Board: All. This resolution was duly adopted (4-0)
C. SEQR DETERMINATION: Pursuant to Part 617 (State Environmental Quality Review Act) of
the Environmental Law, the Planning Board, as the Lead Agency, classified the Site Plan for

RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member
Planamento to approve Minutes from Special Meeting held January 17, 2019. Vote of the Board:
Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0).(Member Acampora was absent)
RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member
Lehnert to approve Second Extension request of Theodore C. Martz, Jr., ZBA No. 6844, for a
period of eight months beginning April 2, 2019 and ending December 2, 2019. Vote of the Board:
Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0). (Member Acampora was absent)
There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time,the
Chairperson declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 3:25 P.M.
