Arnold Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of the buildings on this prop- erty beginning at approximately 2:20 P.M. #1825 Smith Road is a two-story wood framed building. Ground floor is a two-car garage that contains an oil fired warm air fur- nace and electric water pump for domestic water system to building. Second floor has a kitchen, living room and dining room combined, bedroom, and full bathroom. #2025 Smith Road is a two-story wood framed dwelling con- structed on cement block piers with a partial cellar of red brick masonry. First floor contains an enclosed rear entry porch, kitchen, pantry, side entry vestibule, full bathroom, large room with fire- place used for dining and living room. Second floor has four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, New York, were found: #1825 APARTMENT Sewage .System - no house trap, Article V, Section 52-51 C 1. #2025 ~eatinq - no central heating system, no heating equipment any room, Article V, Section 52-53 A 1. Cellar - floor excessive moisture, exterior entrance stairwell and door way not tight or suitable to prevent entrance of moisture, Article III, Section 52-31 A. Sewage S~s.tem - no house trap, Article V, Section 52-51 C 1. Inspection completed at approximately 2:50 P.M. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2.Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent informa- tion required to prepare a certificate. C.
