ALL that certain plot, piece of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Laurel,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of Wells Road, 195.0 feet northerly along said
easterly line from the northerly end of a curve connecting said easterly line with the northerly
line of Albo Drive, said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land of Ida
Mongello; from said point of beginning running along said easterly line of Wells Road North 20
degrees 46'50" West 150.0 feet to a monument; thence along other land now or formerly of
