lying and being at Bayview, in the Village of Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the westerly line of 16.5 foot right of way, at a point, South 25 degrees 16
minutes 10 seconds West, 300 feet, from the southerly line of Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said stake along the westerly line of said 16.5 foot right of way, South 25 degrees
16 minutes 10 seconds West, 150 feet, to a stake;
