REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because all properties .in the immediate area are approximately
the same size of the proposed lot. The change would conform applicant's
property to the rest of the area.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is nat shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because most properties are smaller than
applicant I s property..
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because it would correct the existing awkward
division of real property existing in that vicinity.
