Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic featu re~ / 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal-(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming usas, .or buildings and "pre-existing" land usas: 1. Accurate survey of peoperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to usa, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. Verity was the owner of property located at 34 Sound Road, Greenport, New York, and designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000, Section 035, Block 01, Lot 010; That I am familiar with the condition of said premises; That the structures thereon have been designed, arranged and physically occupied as a private one-family residence with detached garage; is good; That at this time the premises is not occupied; That the condition of the existing structures on the premises That I make this affidavit in the knowledge that the Building Department of the Town of Southold will rely on the accuracy thereof in issuing a certificate of occupancy.
