Upon request of Gary F. Olsen, Attorney, Main Road, Mattituck,
New York, I made an inspection of this one story framed
dwelling. I was admitted to building by Mr. and Mrs.
Falconer who accompanied me during this inspection which
began at approximately 11:10 A.M.
The building consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living
room, and kitchen. An enclosed porch runs the entire length
of the south side of the building. The building is constructed
on cement block piers with skirted crawl space.
The following violationp' of The Housing Code, Chapter 52,
Town of Southold, were found:
Living Room - gas fired space heater not connected
to chimney or gas vent, Article V.
Section 52-53 H-3.
Accessory structure, two car garage, located in side yard.
Buildings and open yard area in good condition.
Inspection completed at approximately 11:30 A.M.
