BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly side of 2nd Street with the westerly side of 2nd Street, said point also
being 99 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of 2nd Street and the southerly side
of South Street;
RUNNING THENCE north 85 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds east, 5.95 feet to the westerly line of land now or formerly of
Lauwers;
RUNNING THENCE south 5 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds east, 50 feet to the northerly line of land formerly of the
Village of Greenport, now or formerly of Dawson;
RUNNING THENCE south 85 seconds 44 minutes 50 seconds west along said northerly line, 67.99 feet;
