That site plan can presumably be incorporated into the amended plan required pursuant to Item No 4. Also, it is our understanding, based on discussions with both Pat and the Building Inspector, that clearing the issues raised by the Building Inspector is your responsibility. Accordingly, there is no need for you to send us quotes for a survey. We are in receipt of the report and will work on obtaining an updated 2 survey on your behalf. Before proceeding forward, we will provide you with two (2) quotes from two reputable surveyors for your choosing, as the original surveyor of the survey provided to you is no longer in business. We will work on having these quotes to you by the end of the week, but generally they run approximately $500-600.
