Kevin D. Power, dated 3/11/1992 and recorded 4/1 011 9 92, in Liber 11448 Page 350 in the Office of the Suffolk
County Clerk.
TOGEMER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances,and also ali the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's
death in said premises,and also the estate therein,which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or
dispose of,whether individually,or by virtue of said will or otherwise;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid,

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

thereon erected, situate,lying and being at Mattituck,Town of Southold,County
of Suffolk and State of New York,and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northwesterly line of Riley
Avenue at the southeasterly comer of Lot 9 and the southwesterly corner of Lot
10 as shown on a map entitled 'Map of Property of G.H.. W.T. & D.T. Riley at
Mattituck, N.Y.'filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office November 27, 1928 as
Map No. 186; from said point of beginning running northwesterly along the
northeasterly boundary line of said Lot 9 at right angles to said northwesterly
line of Riley Avenue, 169.96 feet to a concrete monument;thence along said land
now or formerly of William Scholl,Sr, and Josephine Huttenlocker, 2 courses as
follows:
(1) about easterly 76.18 feet to a concrete monument;
(2) southeasterly on a line which is parallel with said northeasterly
boundary of said Lot 9 and 50.0 feet northeasterly therefrom; measured at right
